ITontology is a Microsoft partner in North Texas, working with small and mid-sized businesses across Dallas–Fort Worth. Microsoft 365 and Copilot, Azure, Power Platform and Dynamics, plus the AI strategy and governance that keeps all of it safe to run.
Most of the businesses we meet are squarely in what Microsoft's own research calls Phase 1 — a human with an AI assistant, nothing fancier. That's a completely reasonable place to be. The mistake isn't moving slowly; it's buying licences without ever doing step one.
