Microsoft 365, Copilot & AI Consulting ServicesFour ways in. One method underneath.

You can hire us for a licensing clean-up or for a governed agent platform. Either way the work runs through the same five-step sequence, so nothing gets built on a foundation that isn't there yet.

The four pillars

Microsoft 365, Copilot & Azure

Licensing audits, Copilot rollout, role-based training and change management — plus the Azure cloud and infrastructure those agents actually run on, sized for a mid-market budget.

AI Platforms & Models

We're not locked to one vendor. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Perplexity and the automation layer around them — chosen on fit for your work, not on who pays a commission.

Power Platform & Dynamics 365

Workflow automation and custom business apps for the processes that currently live in someone's head and three spreadsheets.

AI Strategy & Governance

Data classification, usage policy, approval workflow and human oversight written in plain English, not a forty-page binder.

The service ladder

Five packages. Each one qualifies the next.

Pricing in 30 seconds

  • One number per package, not an hourly rate.
  • Frame is the diagnostic — and its fee comes off your first build.
  • The first three are fixed fee. The last two are monthly and cancellable.
  • Ranges move on one variable per package, and we name it.

How this pricing works

Frame pays for itself

The assessment is a fixed fee, and the full amount is credited against your first agent build. If you go ahead, the diagnostic effectively costs nothing.

Fixed scope, fixed price

Frame, Ready and Assemble are quoted as one number for one defined outcome. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices. Time-and-materials only applies to scope you add mid-flight.

The last two are subscriptions

Measure and Extend are monthly. They start after something is live, and you can stop them. Nothing here locks you into a multi-year platform commitment.

Why ranges instead of one number

Every range moves on one variable — repository count, agent complexity, headcount. Frame exists to measure those variables, which is what turns the range into a single quoted figure.

F

The front door

Frame — AI Outcome Assessment

A fixed-fee diagnostic ending in two client-branded artifacts: an executive roadmap deck and a written methodology playbook. Maturity placement, ranked agent backlog, twelve-month phased plan, and a defined set of executive decisions to approve.

You get: Executive roadmap deck plus a written methodology playbook.

$15–35K · 3–4 weeks · credited toward Assemble

Fixed fee

What sets the price: Number of departments in scope and how many executives need interviewing.

R

The differentiator

Ready — Knowledge Readiness Program

Repository triage and remediation across policies, technical standards, operational knowledge, departmental process and compliance documentation. Content ownership assigned, retrieval quality tested against real questions.

You get: Cleaned, owned, retrieval-tested knowledge base your AI can actually read.

$25–75K · scoped by repository count

Fixed fee

What sets the price: How many knowledge repositories you have and how bad the content is when we open it.

A

The proof point

Assemble — First Agent in 90 Days

Productized delivery of one departmental agent. Fixed scope, fixed price, one business owner, one weekly rhythm it plugs into. We lead with real numbers from prior builds, not capability slides.

You get: One production agent, owned by a named business leader, in 90 days.

$75–150K first agent · $40–75K each after

Fixed fee

What sets the price: Agent complexity and how many systems it has to read from or write to.

M

The retainer

Measure — Adoption & Outcomes Program

Role-based enablement, manager role modeling, Learn–Do–Teach cycles and the four-layer measurement pipeline rendered as an executive dashboard, with a monthly outcome review.

You get: Executive outcomes dashboard and a monthly review that reads it.

From $8K/mo

Monthly · cancel anytime

What sets the price: Headcount enrolled in enablement and how many roles need their own track.

E

The recurring layer

Extend — Governed AI Foundation

MCP integration layer, multi-model governance across Copilot and Claude, agent approval workflow and reusable build standards. Priced build-then-manage this is what makes agents two through seven cheap.

You get: Shared platform, governance and build standards every later agent reuses.

$8–25K/mo, or per agent per month

Monthly · cancel anytime

What sets the price: Number of governed agents running and how many models and systems they touch.

FRAME packages FAQ

The questions every buyer asks first.

Why do you publish ranges instead of one price?

Because each package moves on exactly one variable — departments in scope for Frame, repository count for Ready, integration count for Assemble, headcount for Measure, agent count for Extend. We publish the range so you can sanity-check budget today, and Frame measures the variable so the range becomes one fixed number before you commit to anything larger.

What is actually included in a package?

A defined outcome and named artifacts, not a block of hours. Frame ends in an executive roadmap deck and a written playbook you own. Ready ends in a cleaned, owned, retrieval-tested knowledge base. Assemble ends in one production agent with a named business owner. Measure delivers an executive outcomes dashboard and a monthly review. Extend is the shared platform and governance every later agent reuses.

What changes the price?

Scope, never rate. More departments, more repositories, more systems the agent has to read from or write to, more people enrolled in enablement. If the budget is tight we narrow the scope — one department, one repository, one candidate agent — rather than discounting the work.

How does the Frame credit work?

The full Frame fee is credited against your first Assemble build. If you run Frame at $25K and go on to a $95K first agent, you invoice at $70K for the build. If you decide not to continue, you keep the roadmap and playbook and owe nothing further — Frame is a complete deliverable on its own.

Do we have to buy the whole ladder?

No. You can stop after any step, and plenty of clients run Frame alone and hand the build to their own team. Each step exists to qualify the next, so nothing gets sold to you before there is evidence you need it.

Can you bill hourly instead?

Only for scope you add mid-flight. Fixed scope for a fixed price is what keeps the incentive right: we are paid for the outcome, not for how long it takes us to reach it.
